What to include

• Bug reports — name of the tool (e.g. JSON, Mermaid), your browser and OS, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. A small sample of input that reproduces the problem is very helpful. We will not store or share the sample beyond what is needed to debug.
• Feature requests — describe the workflow you would like to support and why an existing tool does not cover it.
• Takedown or privacy requests — RenderHub does not store user content, so there is nothing to remove. If you believe a piece of public site content (copy, image, example) infringes your rights, send us a clear description and the URL and we will review it promptly.
• Advertising / business inquiries — please indicate the subject in the email so it can be routed correctly.

Response time

We are a small team and aim to respond within five business days. Reports that affect data safety, security, or accessibility are prioritised.
